FAQ

This page is run entirely by the band there is no 3rd party company involved so any money made from merchandise goes directly to the guys at GFAI. This helps fuel the band and supports the cost of touring and recording so we are incredibly thankful for your support and from everyone at Glory For An Idol we thank you! 


PURCHASING

When making your order please read through the FAQ first so you are aware of the ordering process. For the time being we can only accept pay-pal, however we will accept more forms of payment in the near future. When making your order you will receive a notification email within 24 hours of your order. 
 
DELIVERIES

We will do our best to ship out your order as soon as we can, however please allow up to 10 business days to receive your order. If there is a bulk order within the week of your order then they will all be shipped at the end of the week. Also please be aware that we also have many other things going on in our lives with regards to jobs, touring & recording so if we cannot send your item within the 2 week period we will contact you. For the time being we can only ship to the UK only, however we will begin to ship worldwide soon.


RETURNS/REFUNDS

Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns or refund you so please check that you have ordered the correct size before proceeding to the checkout. However if your order was somehow damaged in the mail before getting to you, we will happily replace it as soon as possible.

POSTAGE

Please do not shout at us for making you pay postage, the amount you have to pay doesn't cover it as it is and we have to cover the rest ourselves.
